Skills Requirements of ERP Software Business Development Executive
- A relevant degree in IT or Business administration is preferred
- 2 – 5 years of experience selling ERP Software & Solutions as a Business Development executive or a relevant role.
- Must have Experience managing International prospects & Clients and generating sales from them.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Must be a Self-motivated person, Independent, and capable of leading the performance of end-to-end processes.
- Have a Proven sales track record.
- Proficiency in negotiation skills, MS Office, and other sales tools.
- Strong knowledge of ERP functionality.
Responsibilities of ERP Business Development Executive
- You’ll work remotely from your home.
- Identify and target new potential customers in the ERP space
- Research and analyze the market for potential customers & leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain & grow the relationships with the existing clients
- Collaborate with the sales team and marketing team to promote the company
- Negotiate and close the deals with the prospects.
- Keep updating yourself with ERP trends and their developments.
- Analyze our competitors and develop a business plan to increase sales & revenue.
- Generate new leads, to different tools such as LinkedIn, cold calling, or other sales tools.
- Track & prepare monthly sales report
- We reward you with a competitive generous commission of 35% of the Closing-deal.
