Born on 24^th June 1972, Thakur Anup Singh, a renowned name in the world of software & technology, is now the Chairman & Managing Director of Marg ERP Ltd.

Born on 24^th June 1972, Thakur Anup Singh, a renowned name in the world of software & technology, now the Chairman & Managing Director of Marg ERP Ltd., completed his post-graduation in Computer Applications & started his career as a Software Programmer in the beginning.

He is also a proud founder of a Non-Governmental Organisation HASI (Human Association for Smiling India) & Dial2pharma (A Pharma Helpline).

Thakur Anup Singh is a self-made entrepreneur and a visionary leader with a resolute personality. He believed in the potential of SMBs when others overlooked it. He saw them as a major contributor to Indian GDP and had confidence that their growth in the future would boost the overall economy of the country.

He understood the imperative need to bring the SME sector into the light and to serve them with the advanced & easy-to-use technology they deserve. Thus, he took a path-breaking decision along with Mr. Sudhir Singh (his younger brother) and Mr. Mahender Singh (his friend) to start his own software company Marg ERP Ltd in 1992.

Being an inquisitive solution finder he developed software that aimed to run businesses in an easy and organized way. He developed a software solution with capabilities to manage the accounting of business with great ease. The first Marg Partner was made in 2003 and since then, Millions of people have associated with it.

Witnessing the initial success of the ongoing market, he knew that a customized trade-specific and advanced solution-based ERP would be an indigenous and affordable solution for all business types. Under his dynamic leadership, Marg ERP has grown from an accounting package for SMEs to a complete business software solution for 21+ distinct trade segments and sizes of businesses. His commitment & dedication to his work are visible in his products which are undoubtedly simple-to-use and easy- to-customize.

On being asked about his success mantra, he replied, “When you start loving your brand & work for its betterment to make your employees & customers fall in love with your brand; that’s the time your success is inevitable!”

Mr. Mahender SinghMD of Marg ERP Ltd.

Mr. Mahender Singh; born on 20^th December 1973 is the Co-founder & Managing Director (Technical) at Marg Erp Ltd.

Mr. Mahender Singh; born on 20^th December 1973 is the Co-founder & Managing Director (Technical) at Marg Erp Ltd. He proudly holds an MCA degree from Delhi University. He brings in 20+ years of diverse business experience spanning multiple industries & functions and has held numerous positions in various renowned organizations.

He has rich experience in spearheading Pharmaceuticals Business Management and Marg Team Management. Being technically strong, he plays a key role in implementing quality systems for achieving efficiency in service delivery & support and improving client satisfaction through proactive service support within the time norms.

Mahender Singh is leading a team of testing and development who can model complex problems into easy and customized solutions for each customer type of MSME and SME segment. Apart from this; he is also heading Marg Academy with the objective of skill development for the youth for Marg Software which is helping the new & youth generation to choose their career in Marg and also giving them a great opportunity to the academy and education centers to educate and train the youth about the future demand of the market which is being fulfilled by Marg.

Being instrumental in improving services and providing annual renewal service sales growth year on year by meeting clients’ expectations and generating repeat business, Mahender Singh has played a key role in implementing quality solutions for achieving efficiency in service delivery and support to partners resulting in improvement of client satisfaction through proactive service support. He holds the credit for introducing various client-centric initiates e.g. he introduced a customer care center operation for all Marg partners and users that is currently running with full success and also initiated remote support operation call center to minimize the customer’s downtime and to increase the efficiency of both team and Marg partners.

On being asked his success mantra, he replied “We are like a big family where everyone takes their responsibility. So, we prefer relationship-based associations rather than merely transactional associations.”

Mr. Sudhir Singh; born on 18^th November, 1980 is the Co-founder & Managing Director (Sales & Marketing) at Marg Erp Ltd. He has educational exposure at Premier Indian and global Institutes which have helped to build a positive result-oriented attitude towards his life. Being an Entrepreneur at heart, he has extensive knowledge of Branding and Network sharing and has provided knowledge to individuals in the area of sales and marketing to become independent sales professionals and entrepreneurs in their specified domain.

Mr. Sudhir Singh started his career as a Software Developer and never lost that connection with codes. He is passionate about technology and insatiable quest to experiment with applications that have driven him to initiate his venture in 1998. His desire to do more has driven him on the path of entrepreneurship and so he started Marg. An energetic and zealous entrepreneur, Mr. Sudhir Singh is a pragmatic visionary who has redefined success on his terms.

He spotted a huge gap in the IT infrastructure of the Pharmaceutical industry and offered them a custom solution. His persistent determination, dedication, and path-breaking decisions have transformed a humble initiative with minimal capital into a leading organization. It is because of his good leadership skills and qualities that Marg’s team and partners have become good sales leaders to provide quality and customized solutions to the world. He also leads in creating strategy, capability development, brand awareness, and growth & expansion of business to make our presence in India and across the world.

Shailendra Pal Singh; born on 8^th May 1972 brings 22+ years of diverse and enriching business experience mainly in the Software industry and holds the strong position of Executive Director at Marg Erp Ltd.

He holds a B.Sc. degree in PCM and a PG Diploma from a well-renowned Indian Multinational Company NIIT which offers learning management and training delivery solutions to corporations, institutions, and individuals.

It is because of the in-depth knowledge of Shailendra Singh in different segments, industries, and domains; Marg ERP can deliver the best software solutions to SMEs & MSMEs. According to him; Marg has offered him opportunities and tremendous potential to address different business challenges in terms of scale which have consequently positively impacted the organization.

Kanwal Jeet Singh; born on 7^th May 1972 brings in 26 years of business experience
in the Software industry. Driven by his momentum of success, he has a strong
position of Executive Director at Marg ERP Ltd.

Having diverse knowledge, he holds an M.S. degree in Software Systems from a
well-renowned Institution of India- BITS Pilani with distinction. Kanwal Jeet Singh with
his versatile attitude became a role model for the youth. He began his career as a
lecturer and started his software consultancy simultaneously. This venture was
initiated to provide quality, commitment, service, and loyalty. He became a jack-in-all all
with his experiences that included Software Development, Firmware Development,
Accounting, Marketing, and Customer Support.

He has joined Marg with his positive & flexible attitude and his vision to provide the best
technical services to the customers at a nominal cost. His innovative, creative ideas
make him believe that customer satisfaction should be the primary focus of every
company to achieve great heights. He is involved with the customers directly
and tries to resolve their queries then and there paving the way for his team to follow
his steps.
